This is my personal blog focusing on two of my passions: Rum and history. I would like to present you reviews on rum and some articles about the topic. I am not an industry professional and do not search commercial goals.

I do hold a Bachelors degree in history from the university of cologne, and naturally this lead me into looking through this lense especially on older bottlings.

I would like to share this point of view about rum and share my passion for old bottlings by trying to build some understanding of historic relations and connections.
